Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and related training.
• Five years of relevant insurance industry experience.
• Appropriate insurance license(s) required.
• Strong client relations, communication, and service orientation.
• Ability to travel, occasionally overnight.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain key client and carrier relationships.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive client service plan for all assigned accounts.
• Coordinate activities to ensure timely handling of new and renewal accounts.
• Lead the marketing of accounts and present options to clients.
• Mentor team members and support management.
