Marsh McLennan Agency in Illinois is seeking an Account Executive to retain and grow client relationships, assist Producers with plan design and financial analyses, and deliver client stewardship reports. You will coordinate with the team to ensure timely, accurate service delivery and contribute to marketing efforts and carrier negotiations.

The role requires strong leadership, five+ years of experience, and the ability to travel as needed. A Life/Health license within 75 days is required.

Qualifications

• Life and Health license must be obtained within 75 days of onboarding.
• At least five years of direct related experience.
• Strong speaking and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Establish and retain strong relationships with assigned clients and ensure retention.
• Assist producers with deliverables for prospects, including plan design strategy and financial analysis.
• Presentations to clients and stewardship reports delivery.
• Coordinate with team manager and service team to meet timelines.
