Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Senior Account Associate - Commercial Lines to provide administrative and customer service support to the account team, producers, and assigned client groups. The role emphasizes accurate policy management, renewals, and timely processing of endorsements and billing items.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of insurance industry customer service experience, licensing with CISR preferred, and strong MS Office skills to maintain data accuracy and deliver

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs
• Active licensing preferred (CISR designation encouraged)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team, Producer, and/or assigned group of accounts.
• Direct day-to-day activities and workflow of Team Support/Receptionist, Account Assistant, and/or Account Associate.
• Track policy expirations and ensure renewals are processed accurately and on time.
• Handle policy endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements, and related documents.
• Assist in preparing submissions, binders, proposals, and policy issuance follow-ups.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and assist with collections and billing inquiries.
