Insurance Office of America seeks a Senior Account Associate for Commercial Lines to provide administrative support to the account team, working under an Account Manager or Producer. You will handle policy tracking, renewals, endorsements, and drive efficient service to clients while upholding compliance and accuracy.

The role requires 3+ years in insurance customer service, CISR preferred, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing; CISR or similar designation preferred.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in directing day-to-day activities of Team Support and Account staff.
• Track policy expirations and ensure renewals are processed on time.
• Handle endorsements, audits, cancellations, and related paperwork.
• Support new and renewal business, prepare submissions, and assist with proposals.
• Maintain agency systems and carrier/vendor data accuracy.
