Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Senior Account Associate - Commercial Lines to provide administrative and client support in a remote-friendly environment. You will work under a manager to ensure timely renewals, accurate policy data, and strong service delivery for a portfolio of accounts.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in insurance customer service, solid brokerage knowledge, and must hold an active license with CISR preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service in insurance.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing required; CISR preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day activities of Team Support/Receptionist, Account Assistant, and/or Account Associate.
• Track policy expirations for existing clients, ensuring renewals are processed accurately and on time.
• Process endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements, lost policy releases, invoices, and related tasks.
• Conduct client research, gather underwriting information, prepare submissions, evaluate coverages and pricing, and follow up for policy issuance.
• Assist in reviewing contracts to ensure proper coverages are included.
• Monitor reports and take action on delinquent accounts; maintain data in agency systems.
