Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team and Producer.
• Track policy expirations and ensure renewals are processed accurately and on time.
• Handle policy endorsements, audits, renewals, and billing-related tasks.
• Prepare submissions, evaluate coverages, and assist with proposals and binding.
