Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Senior Account Associate for Commercial Lines. This role provides administrative and customer service support to the account team, ensuring renewals and submissions are handled accurately while safeguarding against errors.

The position involves direct interaction with producers and clients in a fast-paced insurance environment. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of insurance client service, active licensing preferred (CISR a plus), and strong MS

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing, CISR preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team, Producer, and/or assigned group of accounts.
• Track policy expirations and ensure renewals are processed accurately and on time.
• Process endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements, and related documents.
• Support new and renewal business with client research, submissions, and coverages.
• Review contracts to ensure proper coverages are included.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and assist with collections.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms.
• Communicate workload status and issues with the team.
• Deliver excellent service and proactively meet client needs.
• Stay updated on company policies and procedures.
• Seek best practices to improve team performance.
• Demonstrate integrity and leadership for IOA values.
