Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Senior Account Associate - Commercial Lines to provide administrative and client-focused support to the account team and producers. You will handle policy management, renewals, submissions, and coverage proposals while ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in insurance client service, CISR preferred, and strong communication, multitasking, and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing with CISR preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School Diploma (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team, Producer, and/or assigned group of accounts.
• Track policy expirations and ensure renewals are processed on time.
• Handle endorsements, audits, cancellations, renewals, and related documents.
• Support new and renewal business: research, submissions, proposals, binding coverage.
• Review contracts to ensure proper coverages are included.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and assist with collections.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms.
• Communicate workload status and issues to the team.
• Deliver proactive, high-quality service and uphold IOA values.
