Insurance Office of America is seeking a Senior Account Associate - Commercial Lines to provide administrative and client service support to the account team. You will work under general direction to ensure renewals are accurate and service standards are met while safeguarding against liability.

The role involves processing endorsements, submissions, contract reviews, and billing activities, with remote work across Eastern/Central time zones and potential on-site as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Required active licensing, professional designation (CISR) preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• High School Diploma (or equivalent)

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day activities of Team Support/Receptionist and Account staff.
• Track policy expirations and ensure timely renewals.
• Process endorsements, audits, cancellations, and related policy actions.
• Support new and renewal business including proposals and binders.
• Review contracts to ensure proper coverages.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and assist with collections.
• Maintain agency management systems and data accuracy.
• Communicate workload status with the account team.
