Insurance Office of America is seeking a Senior Account Associate - Commercial Lines to provide administrative and customer service support to the account team under supervision. You will assist with policy management, renewals, submissions, and client communications in a fast-paced environment.

The role involves coordinating endorsements, liaising with carriers, and ensuring service excellence while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing, professional designation (CISR) preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School Diploma (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team, Producer, and/or assigned group of accounts.
• Work under the general direction of an Account Manager, Account Executive, or Producer.
• Independently resolve moderately complex customer service problems and manage small-sized accounts.
