Job summary

Insurance Office of America is hiring a Senior Account Associate - Commercial Lines. The role supports the account team, assists in renewals, endorsements, and policy administration, and ensures service quality while maintaining compliance.

The position offers remote work with occasional on-site requirements within policy boundaries, 50-mile radius considerations, and a focus on providing proactive client service and collaboration with producers and account managers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active license; CISR designation preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team, Producer, and/or assigned group of accounts.
• Direct day-to-day activities and workflow of Team Support/Receptionist, Account Assistant, and/or Account Associate.
• Track policy expirations and ensure renewals are processed accurately and on time.
• Handle endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements, and related policy administration.
• Assist in reviewing contracts to ensure proper coverages.
