Insurance Office of America is seeking a Senior Account Associate - Commercial Lines to provide administrative and client support remotely within Eastern and Central Time Zones. You will work under an Account Manager to ensure quality and timely service while managing moderately complex client needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing, CISR preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day activities of Team Support/Receptionist, Account Assistant, and/or Account Associate.
• Track policy expirations for existing clients, ensuring renewals are processed on time.
• Process endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements, and related billing tasks.
• Support new and renewal business through client research, underwriting information, and submissions.
• Review contracts to ensure proper coverages.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and collect outstanding balances.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms with accurate data.
• Communicate workload status and issues with the account team.
• Deliver excellent service and proactively meet client needs.
• Stay updated on company policies and procedures.
