Job summary

West Pharmaceutical Services in Exton, PA seeks a Senior Instructional Designer to strengthen commercial capability through targeted learning. You will design and deliver onboarding, product training, launches, and sales development, partnering with Sales Leadership, Product Management, Marketing and SMEs to close capability gaps.

The role requires experience with eLearning tools (EasyGenerator, Articulate) and LMS data, plus a track record of creating engaging, audit-ready training for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in instructional design, sales training or enablement.
• Experience designing for adult learners in regulated environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify learning needs and design effective solutions.
• Develop role-based onboarding and product training.
• Create materials, assessments, and job aids.
• Deliver learning across eLearning, instructor-led, and blended formats.
• Translate complex content into clear training for sales and customer-facing teams.
• Support launch readiness with training plans and reinforcement tools.
• Manage LMS content and measure effectiveness.
