West Pharmaceutical Services, Inc. is seeking a Learning and Development Partner – Sales Training & Enablement in a hybrid role based at Exton, PA.

The role will support sales training priorities for customer-facing teams and collaborate with SMEs, HR, and commercial leaders to drive capable, effective programs. The position focuses on onboarding, learning paths, and continuous improvement of commercial training solutions, with a strong emphasis on data-driven outcomes and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Human Resources, Learning & Development, Education, Organizational Development, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in learning and development, training, sales enablement, onboarding, or a related field
• Experience supporting sales, marketing, customer-facing, or other commercial teams
• Experience facilitating training and partnering with managers and SMEs to address learning needs
• Experience supporting onboarding and capability-building programs in a matrixed organization
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, healthcare, or other regulated or technical environments preferred

Responsibilities

• Identify onboarding, training, and performance improvement needs with Sales and Commercial leaders.
• Execute sales training and enablement programs for customer-facing teams.
• Support onboarding programs and role-based learning paths.
• Coordinate training assignments, completion tracking, and learner progress through the LMS and related tools.
• Facilitate instructor-led, virtual, and blended training sessions.
• Develop, refresh, and manage training materials with SMEs.
• Track participation, completion, and training effectiveness metrics, and provide recommendations.
• Lead assigned learning projects, including planning, coordination, communications, and evaluation
