Job summary

West Pharmaceutical Services in Exton, PA is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer for a hybrid role. You will consult with business stakeholders to analyze learning needs and design, develop, implement, and evaluate learning solutions that improve capability and compliance.

You will collaborate with SMEs, Quality, Operations, HR, and L&D colleagues to deliver engaging instructor-led, virtual, eLearning, and blended programs using ADDIE, Bloom’s, and modern learning tech such as

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required in Instructional Design or related field.
Minimum of 5 years in instructional design or related L&D work.
Experience designing learning solutions for adult learners in corporate/regulated environments.
Experience with eLearning, ILT, VILT, blended learning, assessments, and job aids.
Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools and LMS.

Responsibilities

Identify learning needs, performance gaps, and outcomes with stakeholders.
Design and develop learning solutions using ADDIE or SAM and Bloom’s Taxonomy.
Develop objectives, curriculum maps, storyboards, facilitator guides, and assessments.
Create knowledge checks, practice activities, and performance support tools.
Build learning content with Articulate Storyline, Rise, Captivate, Camtasia.
Manage multiple instructional design projects and coordinate with global teams.
