Job summary

Responsibilities

• Partner with SMEs, Quality, Operations, HR, and L&D to create scalable, measurable learning experiences.
• Develop assessments, storyboards, guides, and performance support tools.
• Build learning content using tools like Articulate Storyline, Rise, and Captivate.
