Job summary

West Pharmaceutical Services in Exton, PA is seeking a Learning & Development Partner – Sales Training & Enablement to support customer-facing teams through onboarding, training design, and enablement initiatives. The role requires collaboration with Sales, HR, and SMEs to tailor learning solutions and measure impact.

The position is hybrid, onsite at least 3 days per week, with strong emphasis on capability-building, program effectiveness, and continuous improvement of commercial learning

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Human Resources, Learning & Development, Education, Organizational Development, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in learning and development, training, sales enablement, onboarding, or a related field required.
• Experience supporting sales, marketing, customer-facing, or other commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify onboarding, training, and performance improvement needs with Sales and Commercial leaders, managers, and SMEs.
• Execute sales training and enablement programs for customer-facing commercial teams.
• Support onboarding programs and role-based learning paths.
• Coordinate training assignments, completion tracking, and learner progress through the LMS and related tools.
• Facilitate instructor-led, virtual, and blended training sessions for onboarding, systems, process, and capability development.
• Track participation, completion, and training effectiveness metrics, and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Lead assigned learning projects, including planning, coordination, communications, stakeholder follow-up, and evaluation.
