Job summary

Fivetran is seeking a Senior Instructional Designer to craft scalable learning experiences for a global, distributed workforce. You’ll design eLearning, ILT, microvideos, and job aids, partnering with product marketing, sales, and revenue operations to drive measurable outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in instructional design, strong Articulate Rise and 360 skills, and LMS expertise to manage engaging content across time zones and formats.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in instructional design or related field in a B2B SaaS/tech environment.
• Capable of transforming briefs, decks and raw source material into engaging content.
• Hands-on in building courses with Articulate Rise and Articulate 360.
• Experience scripting microvideos and managing LMS content.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop learning content including eLearning modules, instructor-led training, job aids, video scripts, and assessments.
• Transform briefs and source materials into dynamic, engaging learning experiences driving behavior change.
• Translate content strategy into actionable, field-ready learning assets with the enablement team.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts across sales, product marketing, and revenue operations to validate content.
• Build courses in Articulate Rise with interactive modules optimized for modern learners.
• Concept, script, and produce microvideos for key topics.
• Apply ADDIE, SAM or similar frameworks for measurable outcomes.
• Build and manage content in our LMS for a seamless learner experience.
• Create interactive, scenario-based learning reflecting real selling situations.
• Develop certifications, quizzes and knowledge checks to reinforce key behaviors.
• Maintain content as products and messaging evolve.
• Support live training with well-designed materials and facilitation guides.
• Track engagement and learning outcomes to continuously improve programs.
