Job summary

EliseAI is hiring an Instructional Designer to craft high-impact learning experiences across onboarding, product education, and performance enablement. You’ll partner with product, engineering, marketing, and client teams to create clear, scalable content—from in-depth guides to training modules.

The role requires translating complex ideas into intuitive learning assets, leveraging Figma, Articulate 360, and motion design tools, and driving measurable outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in instructional design or enablement in SaaS/tech
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and performance-based learning
• Proficiency in Figma for visual design and prototyping
• Experience with e-learning and motion design tools (Articulate 360, Rise, Storyline, Camtasia, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Ability to translate technical concepts into intuitive learning assets
• Excellent communication and storytelling across visual, written, and verbal mediums
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Familiarity with WCAG accessibility, SCORM/xAPI, and learner feedback loops

Responsibilities

• Design and develop instructional content to support onboarding, enablement, and product education
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure technical accuracy
• Write scripts for training videos, product walkthroughs, and demos
• Translate complex workflows into clear, engaging learning experiences
• Create interactive guides and motion graphics to support feature rollouts
• Use prototyping tools to design branded layouts and learning templates
• Leverage visual storytelling to make concepts memorable
• Conduct learner research and usability testing to drive measurable impact
• Establish and evolve content frameworks for scalability
• Regularly audit and iterate content for accessibility and alignment with goals
