Job summary

Fivetran, Inc. is seeking a Senior Instructional Designer to design and deliver scalable learning experiences for a global, distributed workforce.

You will partner with the Enablement team and SMEs across sales, product marketing, and revenue operations to translate complex product knowledge into practical training. Experience with Articulate Rise and LMS platforms is essential, with a focus on measurable outcomes and remote-ready content.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of instructional design in a B2B SaaS or tech environment.
• Ability to transform briefs and source material into engaging learning content.
• Hands-on with Articulate Rise and the Articulate 360 suite.
• Experience scripting microvideos for on-demand consumption.
• Experience building and managing LMS content, bonus if Thought Industries.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills toclarify technical content.
• Familiarity with sales processes and go-to-market motions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.
• Experience designing for remote, hybrid, and in-person audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop eLearning modules, ILT, job aids, video scripts, and assessments.
• Transform briefs and source materials into dynamic learning experiences.
• Translate curriculum strategy into field-ready learning assets.
• Collaborate with SMEs across sales, product marketing, and revenue operations.
• Build courses in Articulate Rise for a modern learner experience.
• Concept and produce microvideos delivering focused learning topics.
• Apply ADDIE/SAM to ensure clear objectives and measurable outcomes.
• Maintain and update LMS content as products evolve.
• Support live training with well-designed materials and facilitation guides.
• Track engagement and outcomes to continuously improve programs.
