Job summary

Associa is seeking an Instructional Designer to build scalable learning experiences that drive product adoption, customer success, and employee development. You will design eLearning, microlearning, facilitator guides, and blended programs aligned with enterprise standards.

Collaborate with SMEs, L&D specialists, and product enablement to translate SaaS workflows into effective content, suitable for both Transformation and Organic Growth teams.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of instructional design or learning content development (SaaS or tech).
• Experience designing digital learning for internal and external audiences.
• Experience using authoring tools and LMS platforms; SCORM/XAPI familiarity is a plus.
• Portfolio of instructional design work required (samples of eLearning, guides, microlearning, scripts).
• Strong foundation in instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
• Hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline and Rise; responsive learning modules.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop eLearning modules, microlearning, guides, and blended learning experiences.
• Translate complex product features into clear, digestible learning.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to ensure accuracy and alignment.
• Maintain content in LMS with version control and governance.
• Develop measurement tools and assessments to gauge learning impact.
• Support live delivery with facilitator guides and training prompts.
• Stay current on instructional design trends and AI-enabled design tools.
