Job summary

Associa is seeking an Instructional Designer to create scalable learning experiences that support product adoption, customer success, and employee development. You will design eLearning, microlearning, facilitator guides, and blended programs aligned with enterprise standards.

Collaborate with SMEs and product teams to translate complex SaaS workflows into clear training solutions. The role requires 2–4 years of experience, portfolio, and strong collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Instructional Design, Education, or related field.
• 2–4 years of instructional design or learning content development experience.
• Portfolio of instructional design work required (eLearning, guides, microlearning, scripts).
• Experience designing learning for SaaS or tech environments.
• Proficiency with authoring tools and LMS platforms; SCORM/XAPI familiarity a plus.
• Strong writing, editing, visualization, and scripting skills.
• Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-quality learning materials including eLearning modules, microlearning, facilitator guides, and blended learning.
• Collaborate with SMEs, product learning, and stakeholders to translate complex SaaS workflows into learning solutions.
• Maintain content under governance standards and version control.
• Develop assessments and knowledge checks to measure learning impact.
• Support live delivery with enhanced facilitator guides and training prompts.
• Stay current on instructional design trends and experiment with AI-enabled tools.
