Strive Pharmacy is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to develop and deliver training across onboarding, cross-training, and leadership development. You will collaborate with stakeholders, facilitate needs analyses, and drive data-informed improvements in training programs.

The role emphasizes in-person and webinar delivery, with travel up to 25%. The position is fully remote, US-based, and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Instructional Design experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates Expertise: apply up-to-date expertise to development, execution, and improvement of training plans for the business.
• Creates Comprehensive Training: develop onboarding, cross-training, and leadership development trainings and deliver in-person or via webinar.
• Leads the Design, Development, and Execution of Training Programs: address operational needs with content and curricula, sequence learning objectives, and assess gaps.
• Provides and Supports the Implementation of Business Solutions: build relationships with stakeholders and adapt to changing needs.
• Leads Training Curriculum Development: analyze requests, identify gaps, develop metrics, and ensure timelines and quality.
• Measures Training Effectiveness: align assessments with KPIs and revise programs based on feedback.
• Architects New Programs: lead architecture and development of new training programs.
• Leads Training Project Teams: oversee teams to ensure timelines and quality.
• Models Compliance with Company Policies: embed ethics and integrity into training.
• Leads Technology Enabled Learning Solutions: evaluate and adopt new e-learning tools.
