Job summary

The Moore Group is seeking an Instructional Designer to craft digital training solutions for pharmaceutical clients. This fully remote, full-time role collaborates with SMEs to design, storyboard, and develop course content using Articulate Storyline, Rise, and related tools.

You will build LMS-ready modules, develop engaging videos and newsletters, and ensure alignment with ADDIE/ adult learning principles while starting at 8 a.m. ET daily.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or related field.
• 5+ years creating training or learning experiences.
• Experience with ADDIE, SAM, or adult learning theory.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with SMEs to understand training needs and design solutions.
• Design and build short videos for marketing, training or communications.
• Develop web-based training using Articulate Storyline/Rise and LMS posting.
