Job summary

The Moore Group is seeking an Instructional Designer to deliver innovative digital training solutions for pharmaceutical clients. This fully remote role collaborates with subject matter experts to design training that meets business needs and supports change management.

Responsibilities include creating short videos, newsletters, and web-based training using Articulate Storyline, with an emphasis on instructional design best practices and LMS posting. Daily start time is 8 a.m. US-ET.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or related field.
• 5+ years designing training/learning experiences.
• Experience creating online courses, modules, simulations, or interactive learning.
• Experience with tools such as Articulate Storyline/Rise, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia.
• Experience building courses in Moodle, Canvas, Cornerstone, Workday Learning, etc.
• Strong writing and instructional content skills.
• Daily start time of 8 a.m. US-ET is required.

Responsibilities

• Work with subject matter experts to understand training needs and design solutions.
• Design and build short videos for marketing, training or communications.
• Design newsletters, posters and e-signs for internal organizations.
• Develop web-based training for internal systems training using Articulate Storyline (storyboards, templates, LMS posting).
