Job summary

Strive Pharmacy is hiring an instructional designer to create and deliver comprehensive training programs across onboarding to leadership development. You will design curricula, develop content with Storyline, Rise 360, and Canva, and measure training impact.

The role requires 5+ years in instructional design and excellence in presenting to in-person and webinar audiences within a collaborative, patient-centered culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of instructional design experience with Articulate Storyline, Rise 360 and Canva.
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to command a room in-person and in webinars.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders to identify needs, design curriculum, and measure impact.
