Job summary

Strive Pharmacy, a personalized compounding pharmacy, seeks a remote Instructional Designer to develop and deliver comprehensive training programs. You will collaborate with stakeholders, facilitate diverse training modalities, and drive data-driven improvements while supporting product enhancements and organizational learning initiatives.

The role requires 5+ years in instructional design plus expertise in Storyline, Rise 360, Canva, and Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Instructional Design experience.
• 5+ years in-person training, webinar training, coaching experience, and able to command a room full of leaders.
• Advanced skills in Articulate Storyline and Rise 360
• Advanced skills in Canva creation
• Excellent presentation and communication skills and can command a room (including leaders) in-person and in webinars.
• Must be able to travel 25% of the time
• Advanced skills in Slack and Google Workspace (Gmail, Slides, Docs, Drive, Meet, Sheets)
• Educated in Learning Theory, Adult Learning Principles, and Learning Design
• Experience finding new and unconventional ways to approach data
• Video creation and editing a plus
• Ethical Standards and Conduct

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates Expertise: Apply up-to-date expertise to the development, execution, and improvement of training plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others.
• Creates Comprehensive Training: Develop onboarding, cross-training, upscaling/rescaling, and leadership trainings; deliver in-person and via webinar.
• Leads the Design, Development, and Execution of Training Programs: Identify needs, audit materials, create content, and design curriculum.
• Provides and Supports the Implementation of Business Solutions: Build relationships with stakeholders and monitor progress.
• Leads Training Curriculum Development: Analyze requests, identify gaps, and develop content with clear objectives.
• Measures Training Effectiveness: Align assessments with KPIs and refine programs based on data.
• Architects New Programs: Lead architecture and development of new training programs.
• Leads Training Project Teams: Oversee teams ensuring timelines and quality.
• Models Compliance with Company Policies and Procedures: Integrate ethics and integrity into plans and practices.
• Leads Technology Enabled Learning Solutions: Identify new technologies and drive adoption of e-learning tools.
