Job summary

The Moore Group is seeking an Instructional Designer to deliver innovative digital training solutions for pharmaceutical companies. This fully remote, full-time role collaborates with subject matter experts to understand training needs and design effective learning experiences.

Responsibilities include creating short videos, newsletters, posters and e-signs, and developing web-based training using Articulate Storyline with end-to-end design and LMS posting. 8 a.m. ET start time is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or related field.
• 5+ years creating training or learning experiences.
• Knowledge of ADDIE, SAM, adult learning theory, Bloom's Taxonomy.
• Experience creating online courses, modules, simulations, or interactive learning.
• Familiarity with Articulate Storyline/Rise, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia.
• LMS experience (Moodle, Canvas, Cornerstone, Workday Learning).
• Strong writing, editing, storyboarding, and instructional content skills.
• Start time: Daily start time of 8 a.m. US-ET is required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand training needs and design solutions.
• Design and build short videos for marketing, training or communications.
• Create newsletters, posters and e-signs for internal organizations.
• Develop web-based training for internal systems using Articulate Storyline (storyboards, templates, design, development, LMS posting).
