UnitedHealth Group in the United States is seeking a senior instructional designer to lead performance-based learning initiatives within Optum Learn. This full-time remote role partners with business leaders to identify gaps and design solutions that improve on-the-job performance.

You will manage end-to-end learning projects, apply performance-based techniques, and deliver instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced programs using Articulate 360 and an LMS.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years designing learning solutions (ILT, virtual, self-paced).
• 2+ years managing learning projects from initiation to evaluation.
• 5+ years using Microsoft Office suite.
• 2+ years using Articulate 360 suite applications.
• Ability to work full-time, Monday–Friday with flexible shift hours.

Aufgaben

• Identify performance needs and objectives with SMEs and stakeholders.
• Conduct learning analyses to diagnose gaps and determine effective solutions.
• Design and develop instructor-led, virtual, self-paced, and performance-support solutions.
• Leverage Articulate 360 to create engaging learning experiences.
• Manage end-to-end execution of learning projects through development, implementation, and evaluation.
• Collaborate to define success metrics and measure impact.
