Job summary

InStride Health, Inc. is seeking an instructional designer to design and build engaging e-learning modules and training paths for clinical providers. You will use Articulate 360 and multimedia tools to create interactive content.

You will partner with clinical leaders to translate behavioral health protocols into scenario-based learning. You will manage projects end-to-end, including needs assessment, QA, and post-training analytics, leveraging generative AI to streamline workflows and measure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field.
• Experience designing e-learning for clinical/professional audiences.
• Strong collaboration with clinical leaders and SMEs.
