Job summary

Healthfirst is seeking a Senior Instructional Designer to lead the design and development of holistic, multi-modal learning programs with a digital transformation focus. The role emphasizes applying design standards, learning analysis, and creating engaging courseware for asynchronous and synchronous delivery.

The candidate will partner with SMEs, develop content, guidelines, and assessments, and ensure materials stay current.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology or related field.
• Five or more years with a focus on Instructional Design experience in designing and developing content for virtual delivery across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders and SMEs to identify learning objectives and evaluation measures.
• Lead the design and development of content for asynchronous and synchronous training.
• Create course outlines, storyboards, facilitator guides, participant guides, and job aids.
• Develop multimedia assets using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement iterative improvements for better business outcomes.
• Ensure materials are up to date and relevant for a seamless learner experience.
