Job summary

Chime is seeking a Senior Instructional Designer to design engaging learning strategies for Operations and Member Experience. You will craft instructor‑led, virtual, digital, and micro-learning experiences for BPO agents, applying adult learning principles to drive measurable outcomes.

You will own end‑to‑end content development, collaborate with SMEs, and evaluate program impact. Some travel is required; strong proficiency with AI tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience designing and developing multi-modality learning (eLearning, ILT, video).
• Ability to convert strategies to effective, engaging learning experiences.
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate outputs while maintaining quality.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging learning content across modalities.
• Own end‑to‑end design and development of courses and assessments.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to identify training needs and objectives.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness and apply improvements.
• Travel domestically and internationally up to 10%.
