Job summary

Liveops is seeking an Instructional Designer on the Learning Team to create high-quality training materials for independent agents serving Liveops’ clients. You will manage learning programs from design through delivery, collaborating with SMEs and leaders to elevate agent performance and client satisfaction.

You’ll apply ADDIE, design simulations of client systems, and employ tools like Articulate Rise/Storyline and Camtasia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Media or related program or certificate.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience designing training curricula and related program elements.
• Ability to write effectively for diverse audiences including learners, peers and leadership.
• Excellent organizational skills and detail orientation with strong time management.
• Experience using eLearning authoring tools (Articulate Rise/Storyline, Camtasia).
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite to communicate, schedule meetings, analyze data, design presentations.
• Strong portfolio of learning materials demonstrating development strategies and techniques.
• Ability to design simulations of client systems using eLearning software.
• Ability to plan, meet deadlines and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lead virtual meetings and collaborate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver learning experiences on schedule.
• Translate business objectives into synchronous and asynchronous solutions.
• Lead cross‑functional meetings to analyze data and improve performance.
• Create engaging instructional content using varying media and technology.
• Apply adult learning theory to develop innovative materials.
• Develop programs for multiple client verticals (healthcare, retail, etc.).
• Review performance data to identify trends and improve materials.
• Train the trainers and support facilitators.
• Collaborate with the Learning Team and stay updated on industry trends.
