Job summary

Chase Travel is seeking an Instructional Designer in Ohio to partner with stakeholders and deliver scalable, practical training that helps agents perform at their best from day one.

You will design engaging materials (e-learning, instructor guides, job aids), apply ADDIE or SAM models, refresh content with feedback and industry updates, and lead train-the-trainer sessions while juggling multiple projects to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field.
• Experience developing and improving training in a call center environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience using e-learning platforms to deliver training materials.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to identify training gaps and define learning objectives.
• Design and develop engaging training materials, including e-learning, instructor-led guides, job aids, and assessments.
• Apply instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to create effective, scalable learning experiences.
• Refresh and improve training content based on feedback, industry trends, and updates to policies or procedures.
• Lead train-the-trainer sessions to support consistent training delivery.
• Manage multiple projects at once while delivering high-quality materials on time.
