Capital One in Wilmington, DE is seeking a Senior Associate Learning Designer to design and develop engaging learning experiences for Bank Operations, Bank Voice, and Customer Protection. You will partner with SMEs and Learning Consultants to translate business intent into modern learning solutions and measure impact across digital-first formats.

You will collaborate with project teams to ensure clear goals, adherence to ADDIE, and delivery of high-quality content across e-learning,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification.
• At least 2 years of experience designing curriculum or programs using a blended learning design and modern learning theories and models.
• At least 2 years of experience designing and developing learning solutions for digital, virtual and classroom settings.
• At least one year of experience with Google Workspace.

Responsabilités

• Design and develop content for programs that support learning needs of Bank Operations, Bank Voice, and Customer Protection.
• Support needs analysis to ensure successful transfer of skills to the job.
• Recommend formats that create optimal learning experiences using adult learning principles.
• Work with SMEs to design and develop engaging learning materials across traditional, web, and mobile modalities.
• Demonstrate agility with new learning technologies.
• Collaborate with project team to clarify goals and ensure outcomes meet client needs.
• Partner with instructors and consultants to support ADDIE process.
