Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Senior Associate in Learning and Development for the Business Cards & Payments group. This remote role focuses on designing engaging training, leveraging instructional design and digital tools to improve field learning and performance.

You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable learning outcomes for sales associates. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in L&D, experience with eLearning tools, and a track record in content facilitation and multimedia

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification.
• At least 2 years of Learning and Development experience.
• At least 2 years working with eLearning tools.
• At least 1 year of experience facilitating content and using instructional design models.
• At least 1 year of experience with audio and video editing software.
• Preferred: Articulate 360 experience, sales-learning support, AI coaching tools, web design for learning, sales enablement tools, and multimedia production.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop visually engaging training aligned with learning objectives.
• Utilize instructional design and adult learning methodologies to create interactive experiences.
• Analyze learning needs via gap analysis and partner with SMEs to develop solutions.
• Apply multimedia design and eLearning tools to produce graphics, animations, videos, and interactivities.
• Collaborate with L&D to integrate digital learning into broader programs.
• Manage multiple projects with varying timelines, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Evaluate content effectiveness through assessments and feedback for improvements.
• Stay current with eLearning trends and technologies to drive innovation.
• Empower and inspire the sales team through strong communication and thinking.
• Develop and facilitate content, including measurable learning outcomes.
