Job summary

You will align content with business objectives, write materials, and assess outcomes, partnering with SMEs and trainers across departments. You will lead projects, select appropriate technologies, ensure compliance, and deliver measurable improvements in performance and knowledge transfer.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of instructional design experience with digital and blended learning.
• Experience in ILT, Virtual, and E-Learning spaces.
• Strong skills in e-learning authoring tools: Storyline, Captivate, Camtasia.
• Experience with LMS and virtual learning platforms.
• Proven track record leading large-scale learning projects.

Responsibilities

• Needs assessment to identify learning objectives and audience.
• Design and develop curriculum frameworks for online, blended, and in-person modalities.
• Lead instructional design projects from conception to completion within scope and budget.
• Create, review, and revise educational content.
• Integrate learning technologies to enhance the learning experience.
• Collaborate with SMEs, trainers, and stakeholders.
• Design and implement assessment tools to measure effectiveness.
