Job summary

Qualifications

• Four-Year College Degree (BA or BS) or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in instructional design with a focus on digital and blended learning solutions.
• Experience in ILT, Virtual, and E-Learning spaces.
• Strong skills in E-Learning Authoring Tools: Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Creative Cloud, Camtasia.
• Proven track record of leading and executing large-scale learning projects.
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and virtual learning platforms.
• Track record of balancing competing priorities with the ability to adapt to changing business needs and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and collaboration platforms.

Responsibilities

• Needs Analysis: identify educational gaps and learning objectives aligning with business goals.
• Curriculum Development: design frameworks and materials for online, blended, and in-person formats.
• Project Management: lead instructional design projects from concept to delivery.
• Content Creation and Revision: develop and update educational content for accuracy and effectiveness.
• Learning Technologies Integration: utilize LMS and multimedia tools to enhance learning.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: work with SMEs, trainers, and stakeholders to meet outcomes.
• Evaluation and Assessment: design tools to measure program effectiveness and drive improvements.
