Job summary

Helix Electric Inc is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to create learning experiences, including courses, video training, and multimedia content. You will collaborate with SMEs to define objectives, structure activities, and develop assessments for both face-to-face and virtual formats.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in instructional design, strong expertise with Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Camtasia, and hands-on LMS experience.

Qualifications

• Four-Year College Degree (BA or BS) or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of instructional design experience, with focus on digital and blended learning.
• Experience in ILT, Virtual, and E-Learning spaces.
• Strong skills in E-Learning Authoring Tools: Storyline 360, Adobe CC, Camtasia.
• Proven track record leading large-scale learning projects.
• Experience with LMS and virtual learning platforms.
• Ability to balance priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct needs analyses to identify learning objectives and audience.
• Design and develop curriculum for online, blended, and in-person formats.
• Lead instructional design projects from conception to completion within scope and budget.
• Create and revise educational content ensuring accuracy and outcomes.
• Integrate learning technologies to enhance training experiences.
• Collaborate with SMEs, trainers, and stakeholders.
• Design and implement assessments to measure program effectiveness.
