Job summary

Helix Electric is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer in San Diego, CA to design and develop learning experiences for a variety of modalities, including online, blended, and in-person training. You will collaborate with SMEs and departments to identify learning objectives and create engaging content.

Responsibilities include needs analysis, curriculum development, project management, content creation, and assessments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in instructional design with digital and blended learning.
• Experience in ILT, virtual, and E-Learning spaces.
• Proficient with Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Creative Cloud, Camtasia.
• Experience with LMS and virtual learning platforms.
• Proven track record leading large learning projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct needs analyses to identify objectives and audiences.
• Design and develop curricula for online, blended, and in-person formats.
• Lead instructional design projects from concept to delivery.
• Create and revise educational content for accuracy and outcomes.
• Integrate learning technologies to enhance training.
• Collaborate with SMEs, trainers, and stakeholders.
• Design assessments to measure program effectiveness.
