Job summary

Helix Electric is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to create learning experiences, training courses, and multimedia materials. You will partner with SMEs to determine objectives, write content, structure activities, and develop assessments for both in-person and virtual formats.

You will lead curriculum development, manage ID projects, and integrate learning technologies while ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in instructional design with digital/blended learning.
• Experience with ILT, virtual, and e-learning spaces.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale learning projects.
• Experience with LMS and virtual learning platforms.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct needs analyses to identify objectives and target audiences.
• Design and develop curriculum across online, blended, and in-person modalities.
• Lead instructional design projects from concept to delivery within scope and budget.
• Create and revise content ensuring accuracy and learning outcomes.
• Integrate learning technologies to enhance experiences.
• Collaborate with SMEs, trainers, and stakeholders for alignment.
• Design assessments and measure program effectiveness.
