Job summary

You will collaborate with SMEs across business units to align content with objectives and compliance requirements. The role covers needs assessments, curriculum development, and evaluation of training effectiveness across face-to-face and virtual formats.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of instructional design with a focus on digital and blended learning.
• Experience in ILT, virtual, and e-learning spaces.
• Proficient with Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Creative Cloud, Camtasia.
• Experience with LMS and virtual learning platforms.
• Proven track record leading large-scale learning projects.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Needs assessment to identify learning objectives and audiences.
• Design and develop curriculum for online, blended, and in-person formats.
• Lead instructional design projects from conception to completion within scope and budget.
• Create, review, and revise learning content for accuracy and relevance.
• Integrate learning technologies to enhance training effectiveness.
• Collaborate with SMEs, trainers, and stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
• Design assessments to measure effectiveness and drive improvements.
