Job summary

Qualifications

• Four-Year College Degree (BA or BS) or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in instructional design with a focus on digital and blended learning solutions.
• Experience in both Instructor-led Training (ILT), Virtual, and E-Learning space.
• Strong skills in E-Learning Authoring Tools: Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Creative Cloud, Camtasia.
• Proven track record of leading and executing large-scale learning projects.
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and virtual learning platforms.
• Balancing competing priorities while meeting deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, collaboration platforms and learning design programs.

Responsibilities

• Needs Assessment: identify educational gaps and determine learning objectives and audience.
• Curriculum Development: design frameworks and materials for online, blended and in-person learning.
• Project Management: lead instructional design projects from conception to completion within scope and budget.
• Content Creation and Revision: develop and revise educational content for accuracy and alignment.
• Learning Technologies Integration: select and integrate learning tools and platforms.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: work with SMEs, trainers and stakeholders to ensure outcomes.
• Evaluation and Assessment: design tools to measure effectiveness and drive improvements.
