Job summary

Helix Electric, founded in 1985, is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to design and develop learning experiences, courses, video training and multimedia. The ID will collaborate with SMEs across departments to define objectives, create content, structure activities, and develop assessments for both in-person and virtual delivery.

You will lead needs analyses, curriculum frameworks, and project management to deliver timely, compliant learning programs.

Qualifications

BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years of instructional design experience with digital and blended learning.
Experience in ILT, virtual and e-learning spaces.
Strong skills in Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Creative Cloud, Camtasia.
Proven track record with learning management systems (LMS).

Responsibilities

Needs Analysis to identify educational gaps and learning objectives.
Curriculum frameworks and instructional materials for online, blended, and in-person formats.
Project management from conception to delivery within scope and budget.
Create and revise educational content ensuring accuracy and learning outcomes.
Integrate learning technologies to enhance the learning experience.
Collaborate with SMEs, trainers, and stakeholders to meet objectives.
Design and implement assessments to measure program effectiveness.
