Qualifications

• Expert-level skills in Articulate Rise and Storyline 360.
• Experience with AI agents and use cases to accelerate content development (Microsoft Copilot preferred).
• Strong ability to translate complex or technical subjects into clear, engaging content for non-technical audiences.
• Solid visual design skills using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and multimedia tools.
