Job summary

SweetRush, a remote-first global learning and development partner, seeks a senior AI Learning Experience Designer to join our Talent Agency team. You will partner with enterprise clients, translate business needs into modern, AI-enabled learning experiences, and lead hands-on UX/UI design and AI prototyping in client sessions.

This role emphasizes real-time prototyping, adult learning science, AI risk management, and collaboration with senior leaders.

Qualifications

• 7 to 10 years of overall professional experience, with at least 5+ years dedicated to training and development/learning experience design.
• Grounded Learning Science Foundation: establish high-level learning strategies and instructional frameworks.
• Hands-On UX/UI design: wireframes and usability testing; active builder, not just a manager.
• AI Prototyping & Generative AI fluency: build working prototypes with AI tools.
• Real-Time client facilitation with senior partners; interactive prototyping.
• Bias toward hands-on prototyping and execution over pure specs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication; proficient with MS 365, cloud tools, LMS/LXP.

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with enterprise clients and internal stakeholders from discovery to delivery, acting as a trusted learning consultant.
• Build working wireframes and functional prototypes in real-time during live client sessions, iterating rapidly.
• Design end-to-end learning journeys and interfaces across live, virtual, and digital modalities.
• Apply hands-on AI prototyping tools across the workflow while preserving pedagogical quality.
• Navigate AI-related risk including data privacy, bias, reliability, accessibility, and compliance.
• Define, analyze, and act on learning data and success metrics beyond completion rates.
• Apply design thinking, run design sprints, and facilitate SME reviews.
• Plan and support live, virtual, and blended learning events and materials.
• Contribute to client pitches, proposals, and strategy presentations.
