Job summary

SweetRush in the Raleigh/Durham area seeks an experienced Instructional Designer/eLearning Developer to support IT initiatives. The role requires the design and development of engaging learning solutions, especially in areas like AI and cybersecurity. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of experience in Learning Experience Design and a Bachelor’s degree. The position offers a W2 hourly rate at $50/hour with a project duration extending to December 2026.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Learning Experience Design: Curriculum Design and eLearning Development.
• Ability to educate end users on complex subjects in clear and engaging ways.
• Strong project management skills for quality and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities

• Conduct learner needs assessments and research learner profiles.
• Collaborate to design learning experiences for various technology solutions.
• Develop accessible learning content for non-technical audiences.
• Build interactive eLearning solutions in Articulate Rise and Storyline 360.
• Facilitate live or in-person sessions with global audiences.
• Gather feedback and implement evaluation methods for learning deliverables.
