Qualifications

• Knowledge of Articulate Rise and Storyline required.
• Knowledge of Camtasia or similar tool for video creation and editing required.
• Outstanding writing and editing skills, time management, communication, and attention to detail required.
• Proven experience in creating engaging and practical learning using industry-standard methodologies required.
• Ability to translate complex concepts and data into visually appealing, easily digestible content required.
• Proven experience in delivering multi-modal trainings, detailed course design documents, implementation strategies, and program evaluations required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of the ADDIE course creation lifecycle for e-learning content.
• Collaborate with SMEs to determine needs and ensure content is technically accurate and relevant.
• Create detailed storyboards and design engaging learning content (e-learning, videos, microlearning).
• Create objective-aligned knowledge checks to measure learner application of concepts.
• Launch and manage content in the LMS and update courses as needed.
• Research trends and adapt to new features and tools to keep programs current.
• Work independently with strong communication to meet quarterly objectives and deadlines.
• Organize content within shared workspaces with the T&E team.
