Job summary

SweetRush Inc. is seeking a Senior Instructional Designer to design, develop, and deploy engaging learning solutions for a biopharmaceutical client in a remote capacity. This W2 hourly consultant role offers 40 hours per week, a duration of 20 weeks, and an ASAP start after screening.

You will use AI tools to accelerate content development, with expertise in Articulate Rise, Storyline 360, and a range of design tools to deliver polished, accessible content across modalities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of instructional design experience.
• Expert-level skills in Articulate Rise and Storyline 360.
• Practical experience with AI agents and Copilot to accelerate content development.
• Ability to translate complex subjects into clear, engaging content for non-technical audiences.
• Strong visual design sense using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and multimedia tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy engaging learning solutions for a biopharmaceutical client.
• Create a range of materials including digital modules, facilitator guides, and videos.
• Leverage AI tools to improve content creation while maintaining privacy governance.
• Collaborate in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with peers and PMs.
