Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience designing and developing e-learning with Articulate Storyline.
• Strong background in instructional design and curriculum development.

Responsibilities

• Partner with program teams to assess learning needs and identify performance gaps.
• Design and develop engaging training solutions including e-learning courses, webinars, and instructor-led programs.
• Create storyboards, scripts, graphics, and multimedia content that bring learning to life.
• Collaborate with SMEs and clients to translate content into effective training experiences.
• Evaluate AI tools and technologies for instructional design and content development.
